Founder of Loch Employment Law in 2007, Pam Loch is a dual qualified English and Scottish lawyer with extensive experience in employment law and HR having worked with global and regional law firms during her career as an employment lawyer. Pam is ranked in Chambers UK 2017 as a Leading Individual in Employment Law and the Firm is also ranked in Chambers and Legal 500 as a Leading Firm. As well as advising organisations in the private and public sector, she advises many law firms and lawyers as well as other professionals and sectors.

Pam is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA) and is currently a representative in the South East for the ELA. She is also an accredited mediator helping businesses to limit the damage and avoid costly litigation from disputes in the workplace.

She regularly contributes to articles and books on employment law in local and national newspapers and trade publications such as Personnel Today, Jordan Publishing, Workplace Law and International Workplace. She appears frequently on the BBC and ITV, local and national news and is a regular guest on BBC Radio Kent as an expert in employment law. 

Pam has previously served as President of the Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and District Law Society and West Kent Chamber of Commerce.

Pam is also the Managing Director of the Loch Associates Group incorporating four distinct specialisms through Loch Employment Law, HR Advise Me which provides retained or ad-hoc HR support to employers, Loch Health who undertake employee wellness checks and provides First Aid Training and Loch Mediation which is designed to assist businesses resolve conflicts quickly.
